guest book won't publish

Hi. For some reason I can't get this simple guest book to publish. I get
this error message after I publish my site to my server. I don't understand
it because I don't even have a d: drive. Can anyone figure this out. Thanks.

'd:\hosting\yogafigures\db\guestbook.csv'. Please make sure that its parent
folder exists and that the web user has the rights to create files in it.

Hello again. Well, I finally got the guestbook to publish (added a db
sub-dir), but the Admin doesn't appear below the guest book like it shows in
the tutorial, so I have no way to access it. On test run, I didn't receive a
notice in my email, so have no idea if this works. What could be wrong.

I haven't used the guestbook but if this is like other NOF bits you need
to make a separate page for admin.
