No option to open files in a separate window using "Go menu component"

Dear Web Site Pros,

I was just using the "Go menu component" for the first time to open a
listing of PDF files. I was very disappointed to learn however that there
was no "target" option in version 9 to open files in a separate browser
window. You have the target option for text links, so why not have this
option available in the go menu component?

I think a version 9 patch is in order.
